Our Mission

Strengthen our Hmong American soccer communities based in Minnesota by providing the mentorship, inclusivity, and financial support for youth athletes and their families. We are committed to developing engaging programs and events that enhance athletic skills, while also fostering personal growth, teamwork, and resilience.

Passionate about community engagement and outreach, Hmong Unity Group (HUG) originates from the collective organizing of Hmong Soccer Kids (HSK), a family-oriented network of aspiring athletes and parents. HUG is a product of the commitment and nurturing of the Hmong sports community, and their devotion to the representation, success, and education for their Hmong youth.
